PETITIONS, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Everyone has the right to present respectful petitions to the authorities for reasons of general or particular interest and obtain a prompt solution.
The PQRs, (Requests, Complaints and Resources), are the basic activities of the customer service process developed in the commercial offices that respond to the needs of the customers.
In case of any inconvenience in the service, it is advisable to contact our staff who will attend to your request immediately, if the customer's disagreement is not satisfied, they can contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Superintendency of Industry and Commerce).
In the PQR manual, the procedures are indicated in case of non-conformities with the service, and the times involved in the process are reported.
